Order Preparation and Dispatch

Products shown as available to order are not necessarily physically in stock. If an item is confirmed to be on hand, we dispatch it as soon as practicable. If an item must be made, production typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks before dispatch. If you need a part urgently, please contact us before ordering to confirm ready-to-ship stock and the expected dispatch date.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your address is not accepted during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free where the FREE SHIPPING method is available for your delivery address at checkout. Shipping availability and any applicable charges are shown before payment.

Estimated Delivery

Where checkout shows an 8–15 business day shipping estimate, this is the estimated transit time after dispatch. It does not include any production time before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@createcarbon.us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will help you work with the carrier, but carrier delays and customs delays are outside our direct control.
